Reiki Healing Appointment (Remote)

Service Description

These sessions focus on brining balance, rejuvenation and healing to all areas of the clients life i.e. Healing to the mind, body and spirit. The aim of these sessions is to alleviate ailments such as physical and emotional stress, pain and discomfort. Reiki is an energetic healing technique and has been around for millennia, I never used to ‘believe’ in Reiki healing so-to-speak at another point in my life, but this belief changed through my personal experiences as a client and now healer of energy medicine. What can I expect from this appointment? - 40 minute energy healing. - 15 minute reflection to discussed anything I picked on during your session. - 5 minute guided meditation. - Guidance I received as a healer during your appointment to pass onto you. - Relaxing background music with a therapeutic effect. - A safe space where you are able to express yourself. - A source of support and a listening ear. During these sessions we can focus on any areas of your choice, these sessions are about what you would like to see progress and balance out in your own life. It still amazes me to this very day the results people experience from energy medicine! These sessions are taken out remotely via distance Reiki healing, and the appointment will take place online via Zoom.
